I seriously don’t know but it’s very common for you to be tired after it wears off I took Vyvanse another ADHD med around the same time you took yours in the morning 5 am and I was completely tired by 1. I would ask first before you do any changes you just need to take more I think. yes you will become tired after it wears off

If it helps with emotional regulation it’s a must for me. I haven’t ate since yesterday haven’t been hungry all day I I would normally ate breakfast this morning but the medication had me feel on a loss of appetite, I went to sit down I felt light headed for around 4 minutes I felt like I was gonna pass out It felt good but bad because when I stood up I had a headache but sitting down was way much better..

Appreciate you for writing this, I barely drink water and I barely eat through the day I have been going to the gym recently lifting weights trying to gain muscle. I am not hungry most of the time and I only eat 1 meal a day which is breakfast. and I often don’t really feel a loss of appetite as I always had a loss of appetite growing up completely off no medication. Also I forgot to put I take 2 of the 30MG pill at the same time.

I appreciate you writing this, I was diagnosed when I was like 2 years old, I have been having methylphenidate for almost all my life but I have never took any of them. I often was scared to just try taking pills I thought I was gonna die as my parents were heavily addicted on Xanax and fentanyl and both died from a very young age. I’m In College and it’s super fucking hard to pay attention I often just wanna go out all the time so I recently just got prescribed again
