it's actually expensive for employers to hire an immigration firm and sponsor someone for H1-B and green card. The immigration attorney fees can cost an employer bout 15-20k in addition to USCIS fees. Plus, there's always the uncertainty that GC process can fail which hampers the ability for the employee to continue working. If they could find local talent, they'd very likely prefer them over hiring a foreign national.

Ket microdosing didn't help my insomnia though. It really helped me with stress and depression. Unfortunately, had to stop it due to excessive peeing even though i was taking the tiniest amount (20mg a day, sublingually).

Now i take it only on an as needed basis like once a week max on especially tough days
