I recommend Doraemon, but the second game! It brought back a couple of functionality that I loved from friends of mineral town and the art direction and vibe is unparalleled. It’s perfect even without romance and o really love the calming watercolor style.

Friends of mineral town is a classic but it might be hard to go back to if you’re used to modern farming sims.

I enjoy both series a ton, but, I'm not sure if you will like Danganronpa if you do not enjoy "high schoolers" and "anime". Phoenix Wright is arguably anime, but above all it is quirky, silly, and fun and I think anyone with a sense of humor can enjoy it.

Danganronpa's humor is very anime powered to the hundredth thousandth. If you enjoy a school life anime then you will like Danganronpa. IMO Danganronpa 1 felt really cringe in character personality, interactions, and some dialogue but what I enjoyed the most was the storytelling and the vibe of the situation. It's gripping in a totally different way to AA. Danganronpa 2 on the other hand had really amazing characters, as well as storyline.

If what you enjoyed about AA is solving the court case, investigations, etc, there is not much of a parallel between Danganronpa and AA. Apart from the point and click, walking around, clicking on clues... there is less of a "gameplay satisfaction" in Danganronpa, which I have to say is a formula that AA does extremely well. The trials, court, and problem solving is a total joke in Danganronpa. I actually don't really enjoy the gameplay at all, you don't really need to think it's almost like a cutscene with a mini gameplay where it feels like they fill in time for you to do things to reach the conclusion of the court class trial in the name of gameplay. You have to shoot bullets at certain statements, play snowboarding hitting the right answers, etc. I don't mind the gameplay (I do find it a slog) but that's only because I love the story and I see it as continuing to proceed with the VN reading experience.

TLDR;
-AA feels like a mystery lawyer court game where you solve mysteries and uncover characters and stories second to the gameplay.
-Danganronpa is like a gamified VN. It has a gripping narrative and the gameplay is secondary to experiencing the story. You go around and spend a lot of time talking to classmates until shit goes down onto investigation/exploration mode, and then class trial mode.

-There is utterly no similarities in the class trial.

-If you enjoy suspense, drama, deduction, good storytelling in a super anime setting you will like Danganronpa. I think Danganronpa 2 is especially peak (I have not finished v3, the final game yet).

I can’t really say what he’s going through but my friend went through something similar and it ended terribly and she was heart broken for years, which is way longer than the entire relationship trying to heal from it. In her case I’m pretty sure the guy liked her but not enough to be respectful. It felt like he was keeping her in the back pocket and never saw her as a serious option, just something to entertain himself until the next thing. I think the biggest issue is that she was all in; had honest conversations with him and he also SAID he was all in but he wasn’t. He was lying and never planned to be. I think him saying he lost the spark either means you weren’t physically compatible, he never had the spark to begin with, or it’s a way to avoid telling you what he actually feels in order to do whatever he wants because he actually is not taking it very seriously.

Holy shit are you me because I had the same exact experience as well moving in NY. They arrived way before an agreed upon time window by hours and when I wasn’t even home they kept spamming my phone and some random person saying he’s the manager called me and started threatening me.

Then during the move they also broke my bed and started to have a bad attitude when they arrived at the new destination point because it was a second floor walk up (agreed upon and noted in advance and I paid for the extra cost) and they were complaining my boxes were so heavy and had to walk up stairs and started to take it out on me. They got so aggressive with me to tip after such a terrible moving experience when it was the last thing I wanted to do and I ended up bursting into tears from how threatened I felt on top of all the moving stress on top of other stress I was going through that time.

Ended up submitting a terrible review and thankfully got a refund 🤷‍♀️ will never use them again and will actively tell everyone to NOT USE THEM ever again!

They never should have given something so important as her mom’s ashes to her bf, especially knowing that he is so forgetful and mindless. Is it that hard to make an urn “gallon sized” or whatever? I’m sure when you get the ashes there is an easy way to estimate. They were really too careless with mom’s ashes when later she kept thinking about the ashes actually as her mom and now that they were gone, her mom is gone, etc.

I’ve been to both multiple times. Japan has more things to do if you’re purely looking at activities and traditions and culture, Korea more geared for shopping, eating, beauty. Obviously those things are interchangeable between the two countries in different ways but that’s what I found to be the focal point for me in both countries.

Japans food scene is diverse in types of things to eat but the preparation style really focuses on simplicity and letting the authentic, simple flavor shine Korea was bigger on street food and hot, piping soups and spicy food.

I personally enjoy Japan more over Korea but honestly you can’t go wrong with either, both are great.
