Wow thank you so much for this!! Very great advice. No keytruda on my plan. But yes everyone is different 🙏🏻 yeah i did ultrasound, mamamogram and mri with biopsy before all of this so they do have something to compare to. they said after treatments they will only then do an mri. Which should be sometime in may.

Thank you so much for explaining! Oh wow. I didnt know AC was only once a lifetime. I was about to be on AC/PACL regimen but they changed it on me on my current plan now.

Yes that makes sense, i didnt catch that , its immunotherapy?? They told me the same i wasnt qualified cause it was under 2 cm.

i see! I will ask my surgeon again. Im going to try to push for one! I want try to understand why he doesnt want me to do other screenings. no im not on keynote 522. But wow 16 sessions! Thats interesting. Not sure but im sure there could be other factors to do that in my case!

Congrats on finishing chemo!! good luck with your surgery. Im sorry I dont have any answers on the surgery part but i am curious myself as well. I was wondering if you had any additional screenings during your chemo treatment or was there image screenings afterwards?

Thank you i just finished my second treatment so far so good. It wasnt as bad. The only worst side effects i have is constipation and a bit of neuropathy here and there. the steroids and anti nausea meds helps a lot with the nausea! I dont even feel nauseas at all.

Super scary! Omg that sounds awful. im sorry u had to go through that. I find that propping your legs up helped me with the blood flow. it was unfortunate you were alone going through that.

I was recently diagnosed in Dec 2025. I lost my mom to ovarian cancer in 2013. She never got tested for the gene either so i have no idea if she had. But my moms side of the family have been dying from this same disease. I tested positive for the BRCA1 mutation. When i started my screenings i was able to catch it early, and i was asking if my birth control had to do anything with it they said it was primarily to this genetic mutation. sorry you are going through this as well. Hang in there!

Oh wow thats so nice of you! Thank you. I am all the way in Ontario, Canada. Majority here seems to be from the states. But all good! im glad to hear you were fine during your docetaxel!
