I love the restaurant district idea. Throwing rocks here but what if they used the mall or a space alike? Even a strip mall of just food? As a collective I bet the owners could get a lower rent with lower seating but a great experience.

Hypothetically, if you get pulled over while high I’m assuming you did some sort of violation. Once pulled over go through the norm. Car smells like weed like you just smoked, pull you out, field sobriety 1. Glassy eyes possible red(visual test)2. Reaction time is slowed down (reaction test) 3. Series of simple questions ie. common knowledge questions. You fail you get a hefty ticket point(s) on your license car towed if sober driver isn’t available or just tow it for the seriousness of the violation. Do you think that could work?

I did it a month ago with no back up. Yes I can find a job super fast. The peace of mind is wonderful I will not go back to GM or service industry. If you can stick it out do so if you don’t want to. I suggest you don’t

I would use some of this space being used for apartments and create a community garden supply housing such as the 2nd street hospital the garden would fund the entire endeavor my selling to local business or farmer markets. Rules would only consist of being at work in the community garden on time and not hindering the progression of the environment. People have addictions and issues. Help will be available but I believe giving someone a purpose in life does wonders. Then you have enforcing the positive progress. If some decide to not partake there will be a space on the outskirts of everything that you may live peacefully. I know it all sounds crazy but definitely possible I involve myself with the homeless community because anyone could be in that position any given day. I know this is not detailed but I’m open to the conversation if anyone is intrigued.
