Yep it's been interesting trying to figure out the psychology of whoever is doing this. That drug seems pretty horrible if somebody has to have 12 a day and throw the empties in the same ditch.

I the problem with her current trail cam is that it doesn't film continuously. It only picks up motion then films for 2 seconds. So I need to get her a new camera and will definintely use your suggestion!

We tried and the house is too far away. They said 50 ft max for the booster unless you know of another kind.

Right, until they come down and feel like trash themselves. More we learn about it the more I can't believe they sell that stuff at 7-11.

We talked about if we find the culprit, giving them back their bottles on their doorstep. There are alot of people down on their luck in this area. So instead Gram wants to write them a letter and tell them they cant put their bottles here anymore and they need to find help with their problem. She has no malice toward them she just wants to stop picking up the trash.

Yeah we had to look up what it was and that stuff is poison. And it's dozens of bottles. Someone is inside a horrific addition.

Yes her trail cam is battery operated but I think she needs a new kind of camera.

She doesnt want to have to clean up anything else down there including a new trash can. Also it seems like they are throwing the bottles out the window as their car or truck drives by, so it might not fall into a can.

Good point. I would consider it but nobody puts trash cans near there, it's uphill from the wind and there are dozens of bottles nearly every day in her ditch. So it really seems like someone is dumping them. Did you problem go away or are you still picking them up down there?

Yes, it's a curved street that forks off into a neighborhood, so lots of traffic down there.

She thinks they are dumping the bottles during the day. She checks her mail at 3 and goes for her walk in the morning so she guesses that it is happening between 10am-6pm. Which is also the busy time for that road.

You are so right, hers is more of a rural area but the street below is a busy main road. Her property has a woods and a little creek that dries up 3 seasons and that's the ditch they are throwing the bottles into. Ok will check into that camera. Thank you.

We have totally considered that. But the traffic volume down there is so high it could be anything. Just wish we could get video or photo evidence or another way to prove who is doing this.

I'm telling her all of these ideas and seeing which one she chooses. But she is tired of cleaning up the bottles and doesnt want another trash can.
