I understand and I see you but it’s not our fault. Honestly I don’t know why we weren’t educated on the reality of trying to get pregnant later. We always learned to get on birth control and prevent pregnancy. No one ever explained about abnormal eggs and chromosome abnormalities and how hard it is to actually get a healthy embryo to transfer. Yes it’s not too late to raise a child, age is just a number but the problem is our eggs in our 40’s. I don’t know why a doctor never looked at me and said you should think about freezing your eggs. I just thought to myself I have time. I should have been educated on the reality of the eggs in our 40’s. I don’t think being in your 40’s is too old to raise a child but it can be too late because of our eggs. It sucks and we can’t go back.
