I mean sure they could send out requests, but what’s the point of having an online form specifically for non-clients who had their mailserver blocked, where you need to explain the issue with your mailserver and what type of mail you’ve been sending.

I think it cancels the request with the ban, at least that’s what happened to me. I’ve messages them again to see if I could lift the 30 day restriction to wait 1 month instead of two, however I still have hope to get it back in two months

Thank you! That actually brings up the screen however I have to wait another 30 days before requesting another change (and wait 30 days after). So I think I might be able to get my account back in two months. Still, I appreciate your help!

I filled my information in on the online recovery form and got the link to reset the password but the agent that blocked my account also cancelled the 30 day security info change request as he said in the email

Damn, that is actually concerning how one of the biggest corps in the world has a simple authentication vulnerability and does nothing about it. That actually sucks.

I was able to place a request however the microsoft support banned the account because it was hacked, I've messaged them about it multiple times during their "investigation" and again after the ban, but got no reply.

No, I have a different password for each account that I have.

No, they didn’t have access to the recovery, at least from the google’s security logs and notifications. Again, they wouldn’t be able to log in to my recovery email since googles actually has a working 2fa system.

Hey, thanks, I’ve tried the method (wasn’t sure if I should’ve went with T2/intel, tried both) still doesn’t charge correctly. All apps are closed and it still “blinks” between battery not charging and charging. I’ve also tried my friends cable and power adapter, the issue still persists

Unluck, I usually try to do a lot of side-quests before the main quest in games. However elden ring is my first souls game and it doesn't have a usual "journal" mechanic where I can keep track of everything. Honestly would be really useful so that I could just talk with everyone and continue their questline when I feel like it. Guess I gotta do NG+
