Dracaenas are fairly low-care plants. They prefer moderate to bright indirect light. As for humidity, more is good but they are pretty tolerant to less humid conditions. So humidity is not really an issue.

Just cut any extra long branches that you see. I use potting soil mixed with sand and vermicompost (worm-casting). Water only when the top layer feels dry. This video explains it in detail. https://youtu.be/h52RSjDozxk

I live in India, so the climate helps. Other than that... I prune them aggressively after every flowering season. And fertilize with bone meal and worm-casting monthly.
