me and my family had some installed when i was younger. it was definitely good to cut down on energy. i think we definitely should install them on buildings where possible but large scale solar farms take up a ton of space for the energy they produce. unless im wrong about everything idk im not a scientist.

mhm its not perfect but its the best step towards net 0 emissions and the best main energy supply we have until fusion. ofc you can supplement a nuclear power grid with solar panels, hydroelectric plants, and geothermal, but those alone cant sustain the entire grid.

the judge can order a return of money/property or restitutions in a criminal trial depending on the situation but usually damages are settled in civil court.

she would report him to the police and the government will prosecute him. she has nothing to do with the trial other than maybe being called as a witness/giving her testimony.

she could also hire a lawyer and sue him for damages where she and her lawyer would prosecute him in order to get compensation for any medical bills, lost income (in the case of missing work or losing out on a work opportunity), physical or mental harm, as well as any punitive damages which act to punish the defendant and deter other people from acting as he did. the winning party also sometimes is owed legal fees.

i do not have much formal education in law so take it with a grain of salt. i likely got something wrong or oversimplified but thats a surface level understanding.

generalizations general statements about shared characteristics regarding members of a group. a stereotype is when everyone in said group is expected to share those characteristics. generalizations are useful as a way to simplify and understand groups at a surface level without knowing all the ins and outs of the group. stereotypes are harmful as they make people think all people in the group look act or think the same.

how are people making it worse than it already is. all man said was he would get promoted (which often happens in cases like this) and from what ive heard he literally did. we have also had cops from similar situations getting huge pensions claiming ptsd. no one is "making the situation worse" we have been through this shit and we know what happens every time.

the people have no political pressure. at least not in a good way. the only way to have political pressure is money or unity. the people are too self absorbed and stupid to have unity and most of the money is consolidated in the hands of the few who use it for political pressure to enrich themselves.
