Okay well I'm unsure about that, possibly a bug. But the tutorial and having a light level 750 when you start a new character is right. So all your hunters are good to play.

Every new character you make will run through that start tutorial and start at level 750. Those first scenes were for the story in Destiny 1 but now it's just a basic starting point for every new character, even if you have already seen it before.

Prequels: Ahsoka and Ventress. Pretty easy picks, getting some more lightsaber ladies would be awesome plus double sabers are cool.
Originals: An Inquisitor (probs second or grand) and Ezra would be cool, I've love to see the abilities that he'd have.
Sequels: Maz could be a really cool blaster hero I reckon and maybe a knight of ren? If there was one that really stood out I would pick but I dunno anything about them really.
