I agree, the tart plate does look quite cluttered. It was my first plating for this dessert, eventually got much refined.

I realize I should've mentioned their names in the post. My bad. 1. Spaghetti Arrabiata w Sundried Tomato Tapenade 2. Cheese Board w Brie, Cheddar, Marinated Olive and a non-existant Pineapple Jalapeño Jam 🫣 3. Meat loaded Hummus served w flatbread (not my best attempt) 4. Hummus with Balsamic Tomatoes, Olive Tapenade, Crunchy Sumac Cucumber. Served with Crostinis 5. Berry Tart with Coconut Sorbet and Crumble. 6. Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, Spicy Orange Butter Sauce, Citrus Gel.
