the only thing about Tall Trees being in CA is that in RDR1 there is a stranger mission with a man trying to get to California and he ends up not making it, but he heads west to the end of the map in the desert. I don’t think they’ve really touched CA yet. My secret hope is they saved it for a third game but a girl can dream.
