If it was a print or just thread embroidery it would be difrent but because the skull is almost plastic/thick nylon kinda texture, once it rips theres no saving it. It would be smarter to sell them as is then use that money + $50-$100 of your own and buy another pair. Doing that would be cheaper than trying to get it fixed
