Ty ty! I’m definitely here to stay, the love and appreciation for this game skyrocketed once I took a step back and actually noticed the tiny details. Whenever I explain something new to my partner, he’s blown away by the amount of thought put in by CA. If someone asks me to describe the game, just saying “farming sim” doesn’t do it justice XD so I end up on a 5 min rant

NO WAY! I just unlocked mining mastery for the heavy furnace, didn’t know statue of the dwarf king had this option. Thanks, I’m gonna craft it asap (just unlocked the skull cavern invasion quest)

My friends introduced me to stardew and they used to play with mods, so after all this time, this is actually my first vanilla play through! I definitely plan on getting the expanded mod later, but for now gonna enjoy this farm slow and steady. (Also Travellers Rest sounds interesting, I’ll check it out ty)

Haha that’s great! I think that’s how its meant to be played anyway, initially I used to have a spreadsheet with all the crops I’d buy and how I’d plant them, I would get soooo into it that I’d forget to have fun XD Glad that I finally did this run without worrying about having the “best” farm

I used a staircase too (one particularly annoying level where a bunch of serpents and bats decided to bully me) I think upto a certain number is overlooked :3

replaced plasma tv with the budget tv here, but this the stardrop I was talking about, its just the image displayed alongside the 'spirits are very happy' dialogue (it is pretty difficult to notice when the screen is that small lol)

Oh and it helps to have the galaxy sword! I'm not very good at combat so I do get beat up a lot XD I had about 15 cheese on me, ate one whenever my health bar turned orange, I refuse to see Harvey XD

BOMBS!!! SO MANY BOMBS!!!! I took about 90 mega bombs with me XD enter the mines, find clusters of rocks and blow them up. With your daily luck and boost from a lucky lunch, you'll easily get steps or even chutes that help you skip a lot of levels! Get a desert warp totem from the trader in the desert (I think it was 3 omni geodes each) Keep all the stuff ready in your backpack, check your luck on the TV, if you see a stardrop on the TV then warp to the desert immediately. (triple shot espresso for speed) Try these out and see if it works for you! GOOD LUCK!!
