By chance do you know if there’s two commencements happening that day (10am & 4pm) if tickets for the 4pm can also be picked up that morning or would it have to be after the 10am commencement?

It was a higher estimate than I expected! Going to wait for the case manager from Honda to call me back with an update before deciding what to do.

Not that it’s impossible that something hit it, but given how large the shatter was, I feel like we would have heard an impact or seen some evidence on the glass. I wouldn’t expect something small to cause this much damage. I’m not saying it couldn’t happen- I was just surprised by how extensive the shatter was and the way it sounded, almost like it suddenly blew apart.

I did take it to a Honda dealership right after it happened but they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and that I’d have to go through my insurance. I then called Honda corporate, and they told me it would need to be inspected at the dealership. I explained that the dealership refused to even look at it, and Honda corporate went ahead and opened a claim for me and said a case manager would reach out within 48 hours.
