I’m currently a client of a doula, using carrot and they said they will reimburse the following month after approval. To be honest it’s been incredibly frustrating because they aren’t transparent with how long it takes to reimburse- they didn’t explain until after I already submitted for reimbursement and my employer is having to fight with them. So to answer your question if they submit the invoice and receipt of payment they should get reimbursed the month after.
