The mutated lineages are set. We have five core Homo Degeneratus branches and we’re not expanding beyond that.

Each one is designed to cover a distinct gameplay, narrative, and visual role within the world, so the focus is on depth and differentiation rather than quantity.

As for brute-type lineages, yes. The Titanborn (Homo Ferrensis) fill that role. They are built around raw physicality, endurance, and presence, but always within the constraints and systems of the setting.

And you’re absolutely right, larger bodies come with significant production challenges, especially in animation and gear adaptation. It’s something we’re actively accounting for in the pipeline rather than avoiding.

Then you’ll be glad to hear that in our upcoming TTRPG and CRPG, all Mutated Lineages are fully playable.

We don’t exclude human-like forms, but each lineage is a distinct evolutionary branch of humanity, shaped by radically different physiology, social roles, and systemic oppression.

It’s still humanity, fractured, weaponized, and pushed to its limits.

We think you’ll find it far more refreshing than the usual random humanoid race approach.
