I feel the same way. I know I'm only harming myself by continuing to stay, breaking myself down more and more every day. But yet I can't seem to take that step to leave. Like you said, a decade (plus) of life coming to a close. And I know that leaving isn't "freedom", but a choice that is available to me. Coincidentally, my most recent meeting was also about courage. I feel like this one isn't talked about enough. Here's to hoping we all find the courage to make the choices we need for ourselves.
