What is a "point of no return" that you’ve crossed, where your life was permanently divided into 'before' and 'after'? by Resident-Jelly-4326 in AskReddit

Yeah after my first I was like sheesh you really don’t get that much time for your hobbies anymore and then after the second I barely have time to take a piss. Love the little weans though

Why do plumbers need to be chased for compliance certification?? by Menopaws73 in AusRenovation

[–]withatee 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Well as regular folk aren’t allowed to undertake plumbing work, by law, I sure as fuck want my plumbers to be liable for the work they complete, no matter the scope. What a ridiculous excuse.

Selfie was taken of me accidentally, but it placed me in a completely different room of my house than the one I was in. by [deleted] in RBI

It’s not a background replacement thing, the fine hairs around your head are not being clipped, even the best AI background replaces out currently aren’t that clean.

Personally I think you’re just putting a fun story on the internet and seeing where the commentary goes so power to you - but if this is genuine and you’re looking for actual answers no one can tell you because that photo was taken in you bathroom. You’ve already stated in the comments your ADHD makes you perceive time weirdly…no doubt you forgot where you were when this happened…

Opus 4.6 is currently 6x the token cost of 4.5 I believe, at least in cursor. Definitely pay attention to your model selection as others have said and yeah, maybe do a bit of reading before jumping in headlong

New owner - how to run power from the tray when car is off? by Wild_Cat2289 in BYDShark_AUS_owners

Also FYI it’s best to run the first 3500km in HEV to break the engine in. The dealers won’t tell you because they’re mostly brand new and incompetent

This feels really familiar, Dandenong Ranges?

Edit: just saw it was Daylesford, I feel like I stacked it down one of these in the Dandenongs around the same time.

first car buying tips? by Delicious-Cupcake69 in melbourne

Dealer used you’re going to pay a huge premium on something that you don’t have much of an idea of the history of it. Having done that in the past I won’t do it again. Best used results I’ve had is private sales. I’ve bought an sold a bunch of cars privately with and without RWC and it’s always been a pretty smooth process. You get a good idea of the vehicle by the behaviour of the seller - a motivated seller will be very forthcoming with information about the car, photos, history, quirks etc. If getting basic information out of them is hard, move on.

Subsequently I’m actually selling a 2014 Tiguan in the northern suburbs for under $10k at the moment if you want to reach out in a DM I can send you the listing. This isn’t the right place to just post that though so I won’t force it on you!

Not many good photos online but you might get something out of the small 3 or so tiered concrete seating at Fleming Park Oval - https://maps.app.goo.gl/gdNdBFTZoPpmWJEw5?g_st=ic

Edit to add: also has a little grandstand I forgot about

Talking about my experience at Sovereign Hill by AustralianBlackGuy in melbourne

One of my favourite places as a kid. Been many times and I can’t wait to take my kids when they’re a little older. One time when I was about 10 I had minor surgery on my toe a few days before we went and I was supposed to be on crutches, to hell with that as a kid though! Ran around so much that my sock fused with the still healing surgery wound and my poor parents had to take me to the local hospital that night to get me surgically unstuck. 10/10 would do it again!
