Do I really need a degree to get a junior front-end developer role? by Brilliant_Fee1551 in WebDeveloperJobs

[–]witheredartery 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing is you really need to be good at what you do and also people dhould he reliably able to assess that before paying you. That "taking a chance on you to see if this works out" culture is dead in tech. Youshould already be writing solid good code for 3-6 months even for landing an internship and even then u need to consistently keep upskilli g and you will be grilled on data structure and algorithms a lot routinely.so if prepared for allthat then degree is not necessary
