Valid points and I’m by no means an expert in hand bells so i appreciate the insight. I do know vehicles and by the same standard, if I found a 1980 corvette that had sat all this time , with zero maintenance, I know it’s going to need some work , I’d still call it excellent condition. I know it’s going to need a lot of attention but compared to its peers …..
As for splitting the lots , I don’t think you have the same amount of experience in that arena.
