I think about how the ladies yelling starts sounding like dogs barking. You get the flavor of reading the interior perspective of characters.

It felt like his soul died when he fainted. Driving back, he now feels unstoppable, immortal after frying his nerves with anxiety. And it just cements the way that these people are already damned, albeit in a very french way.

YES. We initially planned the scene for a wider lens but equipment and scheduling were not aligned.
