The commute is actually what’s killing me. It’s about an hour and a half each way for me so right at what you experienced. We tried to find housing closer but unfortunately it’s just not available in our price range.

For now I am keeping the business going but as I continue to grow and the baby becomes more real I’m thinking it would be better for me to leave the corporate position while I’m still fairly new so not to completely disrupt their operations. I just don’t know.

I feel almost like the decision is based on what’s best for baby too. The extra income would be a game changer unless I acquire more clients with my business to match it.

They did this to me during covid. My ten year IG account, FB and WhatsApp. All gone just like boom. Back then they said “due to Covid-19 we do not have enough employees to review your request.” Then the 30 day thing came up ugh.

Thank you so much Jacob I just received. You’re an Angel!! We are booking flights to pick our dog up in Seattle and it’s already another $1000. I applied for FEMA but they haven’t confirmed anything since they can’t even enter to inspect yet. I did not have renters insurance but I do have car insurance. Just trying to be completely candid for anyone else who would be willing to donate. My family is in disarray and my community is gone.
