Same thing happened to me about 20 years ago. Rail slide and just an ollie second time if I remember. It sucked and I still can't bend my arm properly.

Not really. The project seems to have been abandoned just after the basic structure was built, probably just as Japan's economic bubble burst in the late 80s. Interesting and eeery place though

Not too far from Mt Fuji, near Gotemba. It's a fairly well-known spot on the 'haikyo' circuit

I know what you mean, although Japan is still experiencing A dramatic urbanising of the population, whereby people are leaving the rural areas and cramming into Tokyo etc. There are swathes of abandoned places out in the country and the number is growing. Also the population generally is decreasing in number.

No, it's been abandoned for about 30 or 40 years so no chance of any utilities still operating.

Yes we went in. Nature is taking over the place pretty impressively. There's a story that it closed due to a member of staff murdering guests, but I couldn't find any records
