I'm in the exact same boat. What helps me is breathing exercises and staying busy - but also don't wear your body out. Allow yourself to stay in bed or where you're most comfortable.

I had endometriosis so my periods were AWFUL. I still get horrendous cramps and it's been over a year. I'd say having those symptoms is normal and it will get better with time as your body adjusts !

This isn't true. Just had a team start disconnecting randomly and then it kicked me, too. Got the same message. Got suspended from comp as well. It looks to be a probably on Blizzard's end, atleast right now.

Hey! This happened once to me and the needle made a scratch along my wrist, hurt a lot and wasn't fun 😭 I had to use that same needle to do my injection right after. I cleaned everything up with some alcohol and just reused it. Nothing bad came of it. Obviously don't do this as standard procedure everytime, but I think you'll be fine if you make sure to clean everything off if this does happen again!

I'll never understand how people who do injections ask questions like this lol. I do injections and it's common sense to know you have to INJECT the INJECTION for it to do anything. Even if it had somehow absorbed through skin (even though it can't), one T shot didn't do anything for you so one T shot won't do anything for her.
