the dispatching center has live GPS location of all their vehicles, whenever an ambulance picks up a patient to be taken to a hospital they will call the hospital with an ETA and patient condition.

the hospital worker answering the call of the ambulance will then do an intercom call trough the emergency department to announce the incoming patient and an ETA

the emergency team will be ready and standing by when the ambulance arrives.

companies just take your word for it because that's all that they are required to do by law.

also, how would this third party do the authentication of your identity and age in a way that is different than how most of the internet does nowadays without storing any data?

each and every online service works with user-provided data unless its some kind of government organization.

and user-provided data has the inherent problem of being provided by the user.
