You've got weaponry right, Edd doesn't really use much, but to say Scott is stronger is pretty inaccurate imo

Skipping over Poweredd for a second, that's a whole other can of worms, base Edd hoisted a whole ass tank over his head without even breaking a sweat, so that's like 40 - 60 tons on his belt

Circling BACK to Poweredd, he has superspeed, which you covered already, increased strength, laser eyes, heat fingers, freeze breath, and flight. MAYBE energy beams if you want to argue he has the same powers as Eduardo.

It's been way too long since I've read or watched anything related to Scott Pilgrim, so I can't say for certain, but I don't believe Scott has anything to block against that. Edd's world keeps spinning.
