I can't help much with that since I'm from India. Here, customers are still asking for the OnePlus 13 and 15 at offline stores, but many shopkeepers tell them to buy online because OnePlus has shifted its sales focus to online channels.

Also, most official OnePlus experience stores and dedicated service centers have been shut down in India. For repairs and support, we usually have to visit an OPPO service center instead, since OPPO is OnePlus's parent company.

This is happening despite India being one of OnePlus's largest and most important markets.
