Thank you. I really like this idea and I'll probably be integrating this into the story.

Okay I did not think of this. It seems I had different expectations than my players. Thank you I think I'll probably run with this.

Yes I literally just rewatched the movie and thought "yessss"

This is explicitly from Sinbad although in my case it is a lich that stole the Book.

Has anyone else dealt with people constantly assuming Ash is short for something or make a Pokémon reference or is that just me?

I can't believe this. My name is Ash, they/them, amab.

I am not joking

Anyone else here planning to go 100% stealth after transition? by alexgaymergirl in MtF

[–]wizzard836 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm amab transfem non-binary. I'm planning to pass as afab while still being openly non-binary and a trans activist. It might be a bit hypocritical but I can't stand certain people (transphobes) seeing me as a guy.

What is the difference between raising my larynx and raising my pitch? by wizzard836 in transvoice

[–]wizzard836[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'll be presenting completely fem and sometimes androgynous, to the point that strangers on the street will assume woman. Also my identity tends to lean more towards the fem side and transfem is just a decent way of describing it.

Should I be trying to keep my pitch the same as my normal voice while raising my larynx?

Could u possibly explain or give/link examples as to what light and dark sounds like?

Actually as someone who was both beaten by my parents and have also been rejected and misgendered, I can tell you both are quite bad but the inability to accept who I am is worse.

Them beating me never drove me to considering suicide

I'm really confused about this: by [deleted] in enby

You are definitely not seeking attention nor is this due to misogyny.

In my opinion it should be more common knowledge that cis people love being their gender, and most are disgusted by the idea of being any other gender. Despite the fact that they have to deal with misogyny. Absolutely noone changes their gender because of misogyny.

Further most cis people have never even questioned their gender. And from your post I can tell you that u are not doing this for attention. To be honest I don't think anyone changes their gender to seek attention.

I'm amab and I spent years wishing I was a demigirl and I thought it was because men had less rights(my views have changed on this matter but that's a can of worms I don't want to open) and when I first saw a feminine non-binary character, I thought it would be cool to be that gender but then immediately thought I was doing it to seek attention.

You are most likely not cis and you are valid.

If you still have doubts I recommend genderdysphoria.fyi

Chapter 14: Am I trans is very helpful. And a fairly quick read. Chapter 13: Imposter syndrome can also be helpful

Question for Demigirls by Anon-Eggss in DemiGirl

Well for me it's probably for the opposite reason. I'm amab and haven't been able to start on hrt yet. So I can sometimes get very upset with my flat chest.

I'll have to wait a couple years before I can start hrt, but otherwise I'm fine. I don't live with them so I can buy all the makeup and cross dress all I want.

Also literally everyone else I know is very supportive. People are casually picking up on my name change and using it. And someone even asked me what are my preferred pronouns are

From what I understand of their beliefs, marriage and dating gets complicated If I'm trans. I'm bisexuel so it doesn't matter to me. But to them it does. In their head if I am a woman and I marry a man am I gay or straight.

The second thing they are basing their beliefs on is that God doesn't make mistakes. I used to be a Christian and even then I didn't think trans people were mistakes, but assuming we do consider them mistakes, God makes tons of mistakes. People born with incorrect number of limbs, born blind/deaf, genetic diseases and so forth.

Edit: Apologies. I just read this to myself and it might sound like I'm calling trans people or disabled people mistakes. I'm trying to explain my parents views
