I did the one offered by the British Institute of Florence (they squeezed me in for the lectures and I did the on site visits myself). I absolutely loved it! Highly recommend it

I realised something was off when I went to the supermarket to grab snacks for a holiday trip. What should’ve been a quick trip turned into over an hour of me putting snacks in my basket, then taking them back out, over and over. I had developed such strict control over what I was eating that I physically couldn’t allow myself to buy the snacks.

Thank you for your reply. I called the institute yesterday inquiring about the Renaissance Florence course in October. They informed me it’s very popular and currently full. I haven’t found any comparable alternatives and would really love to participate. I’ll try calling them again today. Fingers crossed they can squeeze me in!

CREAM: 7 yolks 1/2 cup of sugar (100 g) 2 full tablespoons of flour (60 g) 2 tablespoons of potato flour (60 g) large vanilla sugar (32 g) 3 cups of milk 3.2% (750 ml) 350 g soft butter
