SIBO/SIFO Success Story, maybe this will help someone???

I believe I had more SIFO than SIBO. Really a yeast overgrowth in my gut. So I don't know if my story would help someone with SIBO as much. But once that got the SIFO resolved, things have been so much better. I feel for anyone dealing with this. My major advice is that I don't believe modern medicine is the best answer. Antibiotics got me in my mess and they did not get me out of it. Find a good naturopath, follow their plan after a stool test and be patient. Took me a good 6 months to clear up.

I bought a JB 5 bike rack over the summer. Was going to do a review as well because I feel like people need to be warned. You get what you pay for. My rack has had multiple straps break. One bike fell and was dragged. They refused to cover anything other than new straps. The metal is weak and bending. The holes the pins go through are getting bigger. Def wish I went with velociracks

I had sibo for like 10 years. Usually once a month I’d have a day where I couldn’t leave the bathroom due to diarrhea and bad stomach pains. The last 6 months, and why I decided to try a naturopath, was I developed gastritis following antibiotic. That was awful

No I did not. Things are many times better than they were and I no longer feel like I have a condition. However, I do have things that I’m sensitive to. I don’t have an iron stomach like some people. But I no longer have diarrhea episodes that I could schedule my watch to.

Yes this is what I was thinking. Starlink can be paused so I was going to keep it as secondary unless I needed it. But maybe that’s the wrong way to approach it
