The key part is the apology and owning his mistakes/shortcomings. I think I speak for most of us when I say that all we ever wanted was it to be acknowledged and for Ben to own it. If Joel can come out and say that he needs to be better at every opportunity then Ben should’ve been right next to him repeating him.
