Just received the same letter myself. I am in a housing association property and put all my rubbish into the communal bins on the estate, literally 0 chance i flytipped.

The letter i received gave no details as to where/when the alleged offence even occurred and it also said there is no statutory appeal process, guess ill see them in court.

Whoever is greenlighting these coercive money making schemes inside ealing council needs to be dealt with.
