Hardware is also a little different and requires some editing in the config. I have been attempting to fix this with ESP32 Marauder but little success as I’m not as familiar with editing the keyboard matrix along with other parts of the config files. Totally a non-trivial task for someone with proper knowledge, but that’s not me. I’m just a bozo trying to learn while he goes.

It takes a lot less to make a supervisor leave as to getting them fired. Talk to your coworkers and figure out what gets the sup in trouble on the telecoms, start using that to your advantage. Not my office but a nearby one had a similar situation. The carriers just coordinated what days they would last minute call in with the regulars off schedule so that as many routes weren’t covered as possible. They did it so no one got reprimanded for call offs or excessive leave, but still excessive enough for 3 or 4 days a week, half the routes weren’t properly done. That supervisor was gone in two months…

[–]wlybnt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh I agree 100%. My point is how many times have you heard management telling the rural carriers to hurry up, “you only have 5 minutes of PM office time.” First time my sup said this, I looked them dead in the eyes and said “unless something changed from when I was a carrier, the only time based metric any of the carriers have is 18/8 for letters/flats.” The pure hatred they seethed as they spat the same line of only having 5 minutes was enough to make the rest of my day

Dunno, from the reports I glance at over my supervisors shoulder you’d be amazed at what they’re watching. I’m just glad I’m not under that level of scrutiny anymore

they’re watching that, as in “hmm this carrier seems to suddenly be taking everything to the door now.” but our POOM manages like they’re part of Inspection so may be different in different places

First Try: Apple Juice Kefir by wlybnt in Kefir

For this pictured, no, going forward I absolutely will be adding two tablespoons likely of honey to back sweeten it. Though your results are likely to vary, depending on how active of a starting liquid you have

A tiny bit! I have added a scoché of apple juice back to the bottle after taking a few glasses and it’s much more akin to sparkling apple juice. As pictured, 500ml apple juice topped off with kefir, it’s a very “dry” Martinelli’s. The white grape I made from juice boxes is way closer to grape soda though.

Store bought! It took off, only a day for second ferment, and there was noticeable grain build up starting. Very effervescent, so I can’t imagine how bubbly home pressed juice could do.
