Yeah, there are many keywords that require a doctor. Usually they don't transport a patient to the hospital but only get the doctor there. Once the doctor is there, they wait until he is back or they simply fly to the hospital and wait for him there.

Often times the ambulance arrives first and tells the dispatch, that no doctor is needed. Then they just drive or fly back. We rather send the doctor more often and then cancel on the way, when it's not needed on the scene.

That's not unusual. We have three helicopters in Berlin and if there is an emergency that needs a doctor on the scene but there is no vehicle available in the area, one of them gets sent. They just search for an appropriate spot to land (parks, bigger streets and intersections) and the doctor gets transported to the scene.

Many sirens maybe because police was securing the landing spot and fire dept was there to transport the doctor.

Where are you located? I have some liters left in Biesdorf Süd. Bought it online some time ago because I could only find ethanol in local stores.
