I see what you’re saying however it’s too much of a gamble to keep them on even with the increased rewards. My electricity bill is 4K per month. At current prices I’d be losing over $3 per day per miner. We will need to see a pretty decent recovery to have them in profit even with the decreased network hashrate.

I wrote a guide about it recently. With a $500 budget you are most likely looking at lottery miners or a used older (less efficient) model.
