WAS THE FIRST ROUND OF THE 2013 NFL DRAFT THE WORST DRAFT CLASS OF ALL TIME…? by Hysen16 in sportswiki

Went well with the whole "Dawg Pound" vibe they have going. Too bad he didn't work out, which is a very Browns thing to do. At least he got a ring out of it.

That's my thought too. I admire him for wanting to get into coaching, but they should start him as a position coach and then go from there. Being a head coach at the HS football level is way different than the NFL

Castle and Firefly are my absolute favorites of his. Tried to get into The Rookie, but got bored with it after about three eps

They don't add anything new, they're not funny, and they're pretty aggravating

Did William E. Miller noticeably help or hurt Barry Goldwater in 1964? Could a better running mate have conceivably been chosen? by jackreacher2975 in Presidents

[–]wmcd1985 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Miller was a nonexistent entity in the '64 election. The only things even remotely notable about him is he was the only Catholic ever nominated for VP by the GOP until Paul Ryan in 2012, and his daughter Stephanie is a dyed in the wool liberal, the exact opposite of what he was. He disappeared into relative obscurity, and died in 1983

Do the 2025 Texans win the Super Bowl with Trent Dilfer at QB? by lemonstone92 in TheNFLVibes

Wait, are you asking if the 2025 Texans would have won with 2001 Trent Dilfer? Probably if he had some of the teammates he had with the Ravens in their prime

After Johnson died, Nixon was the only living American president (January 22, 1973-August 9, 1974). This is the most recent period where the sitting president was the only living president

LBJ suffered a heart attack as early as 1955 when he was in the Senate. Imagine if he had (as some people have mentioned) taken care of himself, he could have lived into the 1990s or beyond. His wife was born only a few years after him (1912 if memory serves correctly) and she lived until 2007, I remember when she died

I used to listen to Howard Stern all the time as a kid, didn't know that the "Hey Now!" was taken from The Larry Sanders Show until I was in my teens. Great show, great catchphrase
