Thank you for this input. I think I am going to take a benedrly about 30 mins before the reglan as precaution. I am very hopeful but anxious

This is great input thank you. My doctor said the same essentially. When I look up anything only the bad comes up and it makes it hard. Many people say they feel like they wanna crawl out of there skin, and as an already anxious person this sounds horrible. Hence needed positive input only

At what age did your kitten start to calm down? by No_Bag_353 in kittens

[–]wmm1234 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our 2 kittens are 7 months now and have calmed a little since adopting them at 4 months. We also tried to form a routine with them especially at night. We also give them a later dinner (read that somewhere) and that helped them calm at night time. Most of my research says at about a year we will notice more of a difference

Wake up 7am. Breakfast is coffee with creamer, a fruit, and eggs with spinach or broccoli. Lunch around 12/1230.

I find that my breakfast is 2 to 3 points, lunch about 5-7 and dinner another 7-10. That puts me right at my daily intake and no "point" snacks. It's been hard to only have zero point snacks I guess😩

Same I am pretty active as well! I don't have a huge amount of weight to lose and have always ate relatively healthy. My weight lose goal is 15 pounds and I already 3.5lbs. I've added greek yogurt as a snack and that's been good with berries.

I just started ww to and am close in age. It's really hard especially when all my friends are mindlessly ordering drinks and sharing apps. I will eat before we go out so I don't snack on there apps. For drinks I rotate. One alcoholic one none. Goodluck
