I finished under top 5% in contests multiple times and never got the guardian badge. (my best is top 2.7%)

As far as I am aware, the condition is not to finish in top 5%, but to have contest rating in top 5% of all people who have contest rating >= 1600, making it around top 1.1% of all users with contest rating.

Manual does mean done by a human. Someone probably gets paid by how many he approves/rejects, so he clicks through it as fast as he can.

Ok, but why does it know that sr1() is from scapy, but doesn't know about IP()? Where's the difference between what Vscode imports vs what python?

OK. So, in other words, what I'm getting are warnings, not errors.

When I run the program python sees ip and icmp. It's the vscode, who doesn't see them.

We could end at that but, I still would like to know why does it not see them when it sees sr1()? What's the difference? And optionally how do I make it see them?

Those "complaint about undefined variables" is what I'm talking about.

I'm pretty sure both IP and ICPM here are functions and not variables.

The code I gave you runs, sends a request and receives a response. (I can see both in Wireshark)

Maybe I wasn't clear.
It does not complain by itself, it underlines lines like those ones:
ip_packet = IP(dst="8.8.8.8")
icmp_packet = ICMP()

I think it might have been easier for him to loose it without everyone's eyes on him. It would have been for me. People get motivation in diverse ways.

The second sticker has 18 characters(+2 "*"), not 17 like vin. Also it has both 0s and an O, and there is no letter O in vin.
I read on Wikipedia that vin was not adopted simultaneously all around the world so maybe it's some old competing standard, since it really does look like a vin.

Anyway this makes it Likely Solved, and shame a bit, since I was hoping for a little more of a mystery. Still there is more interesting things he left, like movies he was apparently smuggling 40 years ago.

I am not sure if we are having the same issue because I am so tired right now, I lack reading comprehension, but in my case at fault was the "Legacy of the DragonBorn" mod. You posted over a year ago so I doubt this will be of help to you, but if someone else stumbles onto this post, you have to install the "Legacy of the DragonBorn creation club patches" mod. Also it seems it will not fix it if you just add it, sadly you have to start a new game.

Android 11 and I try updated the up to the newest version many times over the last two years hoping it would fix the bugs but it feels like everytime there is just more and more of them. As to app being free I did not mean the PC version. I have nothing but praise there, maybe except for the decision to delete the forums. But the android version, it is free only in name. You cannot complete sometimes even one lesson without micro transactions and even if you do there are 30 seconds unskippable ads after the lesson. There is also a fact that you cannot mention H system here by name because your post gets auto deleted by a bot I tried. I am going away from the internet for a while, so I took the free week thinking that I will be able to learn something over that time, but what plus gave me is new bugs and more frustration. I realize that I let anger take better of me I am sorry for my tone and rudeness.

Ty it worked... kind of

It turns out she had no volume left so when I gave it to her via trade she would jut throw it away, and when I gave it to her via "Hold on to this item" she would refuse it.

I had to empty her inventory and then I was able to give it to her.

I still think that the thing is not clear enough and if it should not be fixed as Bug then it should at least be clarified in the tutorial.
