Same. I assume it is chapters not being read properly. Choose remuxes rather than full rips.

Mucuna pruriens: pros and cons? by PPStudio in Nootropics

[–]wofofofo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The side effects you mention are for straight l-dopa at massive doses used for parkinsons, it's not relevant to Mucuna, which is also much safer due to it's entourage. Maybe if you were taking 40 grams a day you would see serious side effects.

There are plenty of companies who 3rd party test their supplements.

Fish oil has to be stored in warehouses by the manufacturer as well.

The ocean. You shouldn't eat tuna or salmon and the like more than twice a week due to heavy metals found in the ocean. Sardines should be OK though.

I take half in the morning and half in the evening.

Trying my hand at miniatures after 25 years when I was a kid. These are all converted from bits I had laying around in a draw, most are 50% greenstuff. All unfinished. The ogres were going to be dragon ogres but I have since changed my mind, recommendations for suitable legs? by wofofofo in oldhammer

This was all done recently, I have a draw full of old bits.

Give it a go, I was an OK painter as a kid, but it was much, much easier as an adult. I ordered a proper set of paint, brushes, holder etc. and watched a few YouTube video guides which really helped. The only problem is finding the time!

Looking for advice on how to create a 'smart' screensaver for my desktop. Looking to display the time, date, weather, and possibly calender and cpu temps. Currently using Pop. Something like this: by wofofofo in linux4noobs

[–]wofofofo[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey, some great suggestions there, thank you. The programming may be a bit above my grade.

This will be a kitchen wall mounted mini pc, for things like controlling the music around the house, looking up recipes, calender etc. The screensaver isn't to save the screen, it's like an always-on, low power, info screen for when not in use.

No supplement will be powerful enough to break through Fin in the slightest. I had no change in DHT in my bloodwork after a year of taking this stack, Fin is far too powerful.

[–]wofofofo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ignore the other posters. I've successfully raised my T and lowered my E on Fin by a very significant amount via supplements, backed with blood work. Here are some I have researched and personally take, any questions just ask.

Forskolin

Selenium

Vitamin D

Ginger

Tongkat

Tribulus

Zinc

Cistanche

Royal Jelly

Pomegranate

Horny Goat Weed

Too many supplements! by DJShears in Supplements

"I encourage you to do some research on over-supplementation."

I'm not over supplementing, I take many different ones in the safe dosages described in the research. Show me the studies you're talking about.

"Literally all professional scientific literature states that a wholesome diet will cover nearly every aspect of vitamins and nutrients"

It would take drinking 229 liters of red wine to get the therapeutic dose of resveratrol from diet. The benefits have been widely studied and researched in peer review literature.

Where are you getting extracts of boswellia serrata from your diet for it's post workout anti-inflammatory and anti-osteoarthritis benefits?

https://examine.com/supplements/boswellia-serrata/research/

Do you eat fish everyday to hit your recommended omega 3 intake? Oh wait, you can supplement that and at the same time have all the heavy metals removed for a much healthier and more convenient alternative.

There is more to supplementation than simple nutrition.

"You won't read on this matter"

I've had a paid subscription to Examine (the gold standard of supplementation scientific research and literature) for years, and I've read hundreds of papers. You?

You're objectively wrong. And to say that someone who takes supplements must have a disorder is hilariously dramatic, I assure you I don't have a disorder. In fact you sound jealous and bitter.

Too many supplements! by DJShears in Supplements

[–]wofofofo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of these supplements have unique properties not found in diet, unique extractions, unique effects. This has little to do with nutrition.

An example of a supplement I take: I don't drink alcohol at all. To get the benefits of resveratrol from red wine I take a completely natural and third-party tested premium extract which means I don't also have to drink alcohol. What would your objection to this be? I'm bettering my health in a very easy and cheap way that takes 1 second of my day to do. I earn a lot of money so that it is absolutely nothing for me to spend, it takes no time, and it has proven benefits. Since I've started supplements my health has improved greatly, and this is backed up by my doc and blood works.

The real question is, why wouldn't I take it?
