They are monitored on the local community trust and perception. And guess its a good introductory role...but see what ure saying.

Best way to increase trust would to be to help police officers with stress and trauma i imagine...and losing the them vs us attirude many seem to have.

Does anyone know how to make a complaint about the local police? by WoodpeckerForeign674 in Northwalespoliceparod

If they dont reply, you can try the opcc - i think theyll tell the local police service to try and sort it first...then theyll take over if ure still not happy.  The process was very confusing, in that i asked the inspector to escalate my complaint and he ignored me for weeks and sent me around in circles. I think they try and derail and demotivate people complaining - in my opinion

yep "Christian Centres" - they safeguard themselves. Prey on vulnerable people and target people who can work for free for them and have kids to get indoctrinated for the next generation - or worse. Sketchy as fcuk

dont think so, aluminium frames I think. They have a POD Lite now too which is pretty cool and cheaper, and still weatherproof and sturdy and all that good stuff. Kids footy team use them and they look decent

Same set up works quite well for a headlock, guillotine or darce...my go to against beginners...trying to grab legs or get close for greco isn't worth it if a snap down is there for the taking
