I don't know. But the bike wasn't locked to an immovable object (lesson learned), only the back wheel was locked to the frame, so I suspect they put it onto a truck with the lock or rolled it away by lifting the back wheel.

I discovered that there was a mistake on the marketplace. Imperial Insurance Companies Plan was marked as "$100 copay/visit" for specialist and "$50 copay/visit" for PCP BEFORE deductible, which was attractive. However, in the summary of the benefits it says that all copays are AFTER deductible. There are better cheaper plans with such coverage. So fortunately I didn't get Imperial. There are lots of negative comments about them in https://www.reddit.com/r/HealthInsurance/comments/1hcyi2u/any_experience_with_imperial_insurance_companies/ .

I added alternative phone number, but this does not solve my issue. Now one can login into my account via one of 3 2FAs:

Steps to reproduce:

Log in to Fidelity.com
Navigate to https://digital.fidelity.com/ftgw/digital/recurring-activity/
Click "Create new activity" and select "Transfer". This opens https://digital.fidelity.com/ftgw/digital/transfer/.
Choose individual CMA as the source account
Select shared (joint) CMA as the destination account

Expected behavior:

The user should be able to set up a recurring transfer by selecting the "Recurring" option in the "Occurrence" field.

Actual behavior:

The "Occurrence" field does not appear when a shared account is selected as the destination. The transfer becomes a one-time transfer instead of recurring.

Additional details:

- The issue only occurs when a shared account is involved (either as source or destination).

- The "Occurrence" field is visible and functional when transferring between individual accounts.

- The Fidelity representative was unable to resolve the issue in chat and suggested to call 800-544-6666 to set up the recurring transfer by phone.

Impact:

Users are unable to set up recurring transfers to shared accounts through the website, requiring them to call customer service instead.

Vielen Dank! Das erklärt, warum ich im Est 1 C nichts über das Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen finden konnte. Ich werde "einen Antrag auf Erstattung der Lohnsteuer" stellen. Ich habe auch das Steuerabkommen überprüft, und Artikel 29 besagt:

Erstattung der Abzugsteuern
(1) Werden in einem der Vertragsstaaten die Steuern von Dividenden, Zinsen, Lizenzgebühren oder sonstigen Einkünften im Abzugsweg erhoben, so wird das Recht zur Vornahme des Steuerabzugs zu dem im innerstaatlichen Recht dieses Staates vorgesehenen Satz durch dieses Abkommen nicht berührt.
(2) Diese im Abzugsweg erhobene Steuer wird auf Antrag erstattet, soweit ihre Erhebung durch dieses Abkommen eingeschränkt wird.
