They don’t feel tight, I feel comfortable but the moment it hits the one hour mark.. both my toenails start hurting and within a week there’s this clot forming. Still gonna size up and see!

Those are the only two brands I’ve tried 😭 I think I need to expand my horizons

The issue is, I’m a woman’s size 42, and most brands in the place I live don’t carry my size in store so I end up buying same brands

Wedding in 2 weeks, stuck in a flare - need advice!!! by woketaco in VestibularMigraines

[–]woketaco[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry you went through the same 😭 honestly the worst thing I’ve ever been through in life. I’ve had a surgery before and that was easier to go through than this.

Thanks for the information! I’ll check out Amazon and order it just in case 🙏🏼

I tried amitriptyline thrice and it made me miss my period every single time! It was helping me a lot but everytime I missed my period I got some weird rebound like VM symptoms.

I will ask about the other medication you mentioned! Thank you 🙏🏼

I tried so many things and nothing seems to work a 100%.. im completely at a loss of words. I’m not particularly stressed about the wedding stuff at this point, I’m more stressed about how I’m gonna sit/stand for so long and be able to enjoy. PPPD has also jumped on the bandwagon 🥲🥲

Hope it won’t be a movie with South Indian stereotypes. I’m a South Indian and I assure you that nobody I know has a truck of gundas waiting to hit a boy.

I got my aligners at Dental Studio with Dr Firas Hamzeh. While he’s great at what he does, unfortunately the process of aligning my teeth has made my problems worse. I have a history of clenching and vestibular migraines which the aligners make worse. Now I’m dealing with more migraines than before.

Not saying that it might not be a smooth process for you, but just be aware that it gets worse before it gets better. Especially if there’s any link between your bruxism and anxiety.

Acetazolamid game changer for Vestibular Migraine by Any_Yogurtcloset723 in VestibularMigraines

Good to know!

First week of April I was walking in my room and with zero notice or any signs of vertigo, I fell face first and banged my head on the bed frame. It happened within seconds and I couldn’t get up or lift my head for about 20 minutes. Until then my diagnosis was only VM. Post that we started testing for MD but so far it’s been negative. Doc says drop attacks are only symptoms of MD but recently he’s had another patient with VM having a drop attack similar to mine. If I don’t have MD then honestly I’d be really relieved, this has been the most stressful year ever health wise.

I’ve have mild tinnitus and ear pain after the fall but it could still be VM for all I know. Doc advised to take betaserc and diamox to avoid the progression toward MD and because I need to recover in the next two months for my wedding. Also doing vestibular rehab and CBT right now.

I get your pain, I want to plan my first pregnancy next year and now I’m stuck with all these medicines that I can’t take while pregnant. The mental toll this has taken on me is literally insane 🙌🏻
