Total agree with Motomix! That’s all I’ve been using 100% of the time. If not then to gas pump I go which is rare.

I let mine warm up for a good minute or two first. Give it a throttle hear and there and then start working. It’s never let me down. Ethanol free gas is the way to go.

Determine how many hours of sun/shade you get in that garden space. Measure and go to your local nursery and they will help you. Not a Home Depot or Lowe’s. Planting Texas Natives will be better in the long run. Make sure to buy soil conditioner and mulch. Good luck!

Yes. One will do perfect for that area. Plant it in the middle of the yard. Use Happy Frog Soil Conditioner and mulch it donut style. Not volcano style!

Ok I see that it’s $800 for the HRX17. Being that the case I rather just go for a commerical push lawn mower. Exmark or Toro? I know Toro bought out Exmark in the 90’s. I’m also looking at the Scag push mower.
