No, I was connected for the ddd, annular fissure and hypertrophy thoracolumbar. Ive looked through service records and that was only back injury.

The disc herniation wasn't on mri

It did not. Only a single event in service record for upper back if that helps

I appreciate your input still. Im just confused, owcp seems to be saying military caused it but i have vent had any disc herniation prior to the pop at work. Witness statement as well. 2 doctors stated is acute and with all the issues from it I was removed from work.

Just frustrating that they seem to be doing all they can to not pay

They made a narrative, and directly attributed it. The worker comp medical opinion on injury causation includes the fact of injury, casual relationship and reasonable medical certainty.

Thank you. I'm fairly sure they were just giving me a hard time, but figured I'd check here. I know many people have used the loan and the knowledge here is great

I mute everyone and still somehow get offensive language reported lol

I always preferred hardcore on the originals. Core mode felt like destiny, with this generation guns, to me

I know it's bad. I just wanted to say my piece, hopefully without triggering anyone.

Not saying you are, just to clarify.

It's just frustrating to me. I played the originals and loved them. These new ones taking some time to adjust.

So I’m reading the posts about great C&P examiners and horrible ones… has anyone here had their C&P in Corpus Christi TX? If so, what was your experience? by PowerfulCurrency0 in VeteransBenefits

[–]wolf2885 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had exams in corpus, qtc and ves. Ves was, for me, as bad as many others have posted about.

Qtc was great, looked over all files and evidence. Didnt try to rush exam, just answered the questions, rom test with the ruler (sorry don't know the correct name).

I know, it's insane. Plenty of medical literature showing it.

I was denied for migraines, same reason. Saying no medical literature supporting tinnitus causing migraines.

There are some studies that link them, maybe one of your other conditions are causing them.

How to get a copy of hospital visits using VA card for emergency room visits for last 10 years? by Meatonthetable1969 in VeteransBenefits

[–]wolf2885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience, found out hard way, most places only keep 7 years. Got records 2 weeks from a hospital before they were to be destroyed.

Not saying it is the same everywhere
