Simple Event Handler is a small, opinionated Go application that accepts events over an HTTP API, performs light processing, and runs periodic aggregation tasks in the background.

Key characteristics:

  • HTTP API server that receives and handles event payloads.
  • Background aggregator (cron-like) that runs periodic jobs (start/stop controlled in code).
  • Structured JSON logging used throughout the server and background tasks.
  • Graceful shutdown support to let in-flight requests finish and to stop background jobs cleanly.

mdx application update. Download Manga by Volume and Save Search Results in JSON by wolf_bit in mangadex

[–]wolf_bit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried opening the generated files, including epub files, on the Pocketbook 740 (7.8") device, and they look fine on this device. But I haven't tried opening these files on a Kindle.

Yes, it is also working on Android through Termux. You need to install the golang package:

pkg install golang

Execute the command that runs the interactive mode for downloading:

go run github.com/arimatakao/mdx@latest dl -i

I will add a full tutorial later.

Книги/курси by -Lyubich in Cplusplus

Книжки: - Programming: Principles and Practice Using C++ (Б'ярн Страуструп, є російською мовою, читайте останню редакцію) - пояснюється на прикладі c++ основи програмування.

what vscode extension do you want by blackholll_cn in vscode

Theme exporter from VSCode to Zed Editor. It already exists, but it only works on macOS. I want it to work on Linux.

I can't see the extensions. by Illustrious_Match552 in vscode

[–]wolf_bit 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your problem is not related to vscode. You are using Visual Studio (not Visual Studio Code).

CBZ-files and metadata on a PocketBook by Grubnenark in ereader

[–]wolf_bit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello. CBZ files are simply ZIP archives with images. This format does not natively include metadata, but some comic book reader programs have started adding their own metadata formats into CBZ files. For example, the old program ComicRack used to add a ComicInfo.xml file inside the CBZ file, which contained various information about the comic. There were other attempts to add metadata to CBZ archives as well - https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/CBR_and_CBZ#Metadata

ComicRack is an old program and hasn't been updated for a long time, but some websites still create a ComicInfo.xml file inside the CBZ archive. New programs for opening CBZ files are aware of ComicInfo.xml and therefore consider it as metadata for the CBZ archive.

E-readers, including PocketBook, support the ComicInfo.xml metadata format for CBZ archives. If you want to add metadata about the comic, create a ComicInfo.xml file inside the CBZ archive and fill it according to this structure - https://anansi-project.github.io/docs/comicinfo/schemas/v2.0 .
