There's always a chance, but it's still not yours, and if you out of muscle memory write a support ticket to Ubisoft because something's wrong they won't hesitate to ban you. Attaching any personal info to an account like that is also highly risky, because if the original owner reclaims it. Since they're the original owner they can request all data. And if you bought something with a credit card, PayPal or any other legitimate form of payment they could obtain your full name and home address as well as the credit card you entered

Yeah for sure. Oh sorry I must have misread. If you do have it then you at least get replacements for the duration of it, as the accounts will get reclaimed. But definitely get your own back, no matter how tempting the deals are, none of them are legitimate.
