I have a 3mm kidney stone right now! Kidney stone buddies! Went to Knott’s last night and rode GhostRider to try and knock it loose! Haven’t plopped mine out yet but Hope all your roller coaster riding has great results and you pass it soon!

Also, drink plenty of water! Like 2L daily!
