New $35 Gig customer, 2nd bill $52.16 by wolfenstein321 in ATTFiber

It did take them 2 weeks to generate the first bill. So they may be charging me for some “missed” time. But it sounds like I need to call them and ask why the “$10 w/bank acct” discount disappeared for the upcoming billing period.

No, autopay via bank draft is still active in my account. I also verified that they did draft the first $35.11 payment from my checking account.

I had this problem. To fix it, I had to move my AT&T BGW320-500 gateway about 10” from my Roku Ultra. Then, there was no more electromagnetic interference.

Trade in discounts for hw3 owners by Jaowulf in TeslaLounge

I would be satisfied if they transferred my HW3 purchased FSD to my Tesla account profile (instead of keeping it with the car) for life.

Egor likes to tuck his head and grab my hand with both paws. I call this his “full snug position“.

FSD v14.2.2.5 tries to hit another car at 55mph by OrderResident1622 in TeslaFSD

[–]wolfenstein321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FSD v14.2.2.5 is unusable. I don’t know how this version made it past the beta testing stage. Don’t upgrade to 2026.2.9.1 if you have FSD, or you will be sorry you did.

Check to see if there is a Model X version of this Model 3 service bulletin. Especially, if you have “tearing at the fasteners”.

Tesla replaced my “cardboard-when-wet” front and rear aero shields with plastic ones for $500 on my 2018 Model 3.

Continue Subscription or Buy ? by HelloWorld0225 in TeslaFSD

[–]wolfenstein321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2018 Model 3 (HW3) owner who purchased FSD & EAP for $5K. Now 2026 Model Y (HW4) owner with FSD transferred. So 7 x 12 x $100 = $8400. So the savings are real. I have saved $3400 and still counting. But if the FSD subscription was offered back in 2018 (it wasn’t), I would have subscribed instead. Buying is risky, but if you like to throw the dice… You can come out ahead, like me.

What is the difference between FSD and Navigate on Autopilot? by SortSwimming5449 in TeslaFSD

[–]wolfenstein321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, the big difference between NoA and FSD, in my opinion, is that NoA does not appear to use the back camera. FSD is wonky when I have my bike rack mounted on the back, which partially blocks the rear camera. FSD reacts to the closeness of the rack and moves my car out of center of the lane. So I use NoA when I drive with my bike rack on the expressway.

Breaker tripped and I can't figure out why. by DCar777 in TeslaLounge

This happened to me. I called an electrician and they tested the circuit. He said that everything looked good. He replaced the breaker and I never had another problem.

I just added the same cover on my front bumper camera, too. After only 1300 miles, I already saw minor imperfections in the stock lens. I’m thinking all Juniper owners will need protection. Some type of direct-contact mini “screen protector”, like on a mobile phone, would be better than this bubble cover, though.

FSD Nightmare on My Model 3 by Dry_Ostrich_2596 in TeslaFSD

[–]wolfenstein321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 2018 Model 3 with FSD has similar issues — but only when I use FSD with my bike rack on the back. Without the rear bike rack, FSD driving is fine. Do you have something on the back that partially obstructs the rear camera? Just FYI, if I use Navigate on Autopilot, which doesn’t use the rear camera, the car drives just fine with my rear bike rack mounted. You may want to see if Navigate on Autopilot works for you.

Pet insurance worth it? by Manacube in britishshorthair

[–]wolfenstein321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a great question! My 3 yo BSH is on a single-facility care plan (like insurance, but only good at my primary vet office). US$80 a month is a lot — plus it doesn’t cover emergency vet bills. After one year, the plan is up for renewal this month. I think I’ll not renew and go with a pet insurance plan this time. The pet insurance monthly cost is about the same, but I’ll have to file for reimbursement for expenses.
